Mrs. Diebold is a 1985 Metallurgical Engineering graduate of the University of Missouri at Rolla, Missouri, with a Bachelor of Science degree. She worked as Associate Engineer at Continental Telephone Company for two years. Her work duties consisted of designing routes for outside plant telephone facilities. She attended two company training classes at St. Charles, Missouri, including an Outside Plant Engineering Course and a Basic Management Supervisory Course. Currently Mrs. Diebold is responsible for the computing of boundary surveys and subdivision layouts and reviewing drawings. Mrs. Diebold also works in the field with the survey crews when needed.

EXPERIENCE
Mr. Buchanan's work experience from 1984 to the present has covered most aspects of surveying. He has established boundary control for subdivisions, rural parcels and sectional break downs. In the field of construction staking, he has been responsible for laying out both horizontal and vertical controls for streets, sewers, drainage structures, parking lots and shopping malls. Under the supervision of civil engineers, Mr. Buchanan has experience designing and staking sanitary and storm sewers, streets, site grading plans and storm water retention structures. As office manager and principal, Mr. Buchanan has been responsible for managing as many as six survey crews.
